A common problem that many people who frequently use servo hydraulic presses have encountered is that the servo hydraulic press cannot rise normally due to pressure. What is the reason for this? 1、The hydraulic gauge is broken, replace it with a new one；

2、The servo hydraulic press is leaking oil. First, carefully check the surface of the machine for any significant oil leakage (hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pipelines that have a connecting effect, etc.); If not, it means the oil seal of the piston is damaged. Place it around first, as the hydraulic cylinder will only be disassembled to replace the sealing ring of the oil seal unless a solution is truly impossible to find；

3、Common sense operational errors. Although this phenomenon is relatively simple, it should also attract the attention of servo hydraulic machine operators, such as three-phase reverse connection, oil tank height not reaching the specified value, and pressure regulating valve not adjusting the pressure (i.e. overflow valve not adjusted properly). This phenomenon is generally present when new employees first use servo hydraulic machines；

4、If the hydraulic valve is broken, blocked, the internal tension spring is stuck by impurities, and cannot be reset, it will cause the pressure of the servo hydraulic machine to not increase. If it is a manual directional valve, it will be good to remove it and wash it (unscrew the large screws on top, take out all the parts inside and wash them again, then blow the valve with an air gun, and then install it back in sequence); If it is an integrated hydraulic valve, it is necessary to disassemble the corresponding valve block to inspect and clean it, and then install it according to the original method；

5、The power of the servo hydraulic press is not good. It usually appears on older machines, where either the hydraulic pump is lost or the motor is aged. At this time, you can place your palm on the outer wall of the oil inlet pipe (which is the pipe connecting the hydraulic pump to the oil tank) and start the servo hydraulic press. If the machine restricts the workpiece with a large suction force, the hydraulic pump is not a problem, and vice versa, there is a problem; Aging of electric motors is relatively rare. If the motor really ages, a lot of noise will occur. Due to the inability of the motor to carry the oil pump, the motor will be suffocated, resulting in a loud noise。
